En Karma Celebrate Culture With PrideFall is not going to be so chilly with the heat from En Karma’s latest video, ‘”Anakh Naal Din Kattiye” (‘Live With Pride’). The second track off of the band’s self-titled, debut album is a repeat offence of greatness after the killer video, ‘Tere Bina Nahi Nachan,” which featured H-Dhami. This time around, En Karma teamed up with Bhangra guru KS Makhan to lace the track with magic.
“Anakh Naal Din Kattiye” is a track that the group made to sum up their collective view on life. Pip Dhaliwal says, “Anakh Naal Din Kattiye” is simply a feel good dance track. It portrays the outlook we have as a band on life where we live each day with pride and honor. The song shows strength and commitment of our unique culture.”
The video embodies the message of living life proudly, and celebrating neoDesi culture. As usual, En Karma’s video boasts excellent production value, slick styling.
How do they keep the sound and the look so fresh? Pip reveals, “The band collectively creates the vision, concept and look of the video. We as a band have always taken the ‘hands on’ approach with our music and videos. This is what gives En Karma our individual look and sound.” “Anakh Naal Din Kattiye” was shot at the same location as the Hollywood flick, Watchmen. The video features 50+ extras and three full dance teams.
