Hollywood actress, Janina Gavankar, joins HBO’s ‘True Blood’ as the newest supernatuaral cast member. Known best for her work as Leigh Turner on ABC’s ‘The Gates’ and Papi on Showtime’s groundbreaking ‘The L Word’, Janina will be the newest series regular on the mega-cult-hit show.
“I’m more than excited to be joining such a formidable cast and a show that has such a tremendous following. I can’t wait to share this character with audiences – it’s about to get crazier!”
Gavankar’s character, Luna, is an ultra-hot public school teacher and a shapeshifter. She will first be seen on the show attending a gathering with others like her.
