The Pretisigious Asian Awards took place on Tues 18th October 2011 at the amazing Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane.
This years invited guests included Russell Peters – Comedian, Friedo Pinto – Actress , Meera Syal – Television actress and writer, Jay Sean – Singer, Murali – cricket player, Asha Bhosle, Freddie Mercury Family (mum, sister and in laws), Brian May of Queen, Cliff Richard, Boris Johnson – Mayor of London, Nina Wadia – Television actress, Gurinder Chadha – Director, James Caan – Entreprenuer/Television. In addition there were many celebrity guests in attendance.
The Asian awards is truly the greatest Asian event the UK has ever seen. Voodoo Entertainment inconjunction with Kingfisher hosted the after party alongside BBC Radio 1 Dj Nihal.
