Star of ‘Bol’ Humaima Malick Takes Home the LSA Best Actress Award 2012
Humaima Malick was honoured for the first time at the 11th Lux Style Awards 2012 as Best Actress for her stunning performance in Shoaib Mansoor’s ‘Bol’. This was a special award for Humaima as there were no other nominees in the category and she was handpicked by the jury for this award. Back stage she commented, “It’s wonderful to be recognized like this. I have been a part of LSA for quite a while now, but I’m very happy to have been given this award.”
The Lux Style Awards is the only awards ceremony of its kind in Pakistan that presents awards to the best Pakistan’s in Fashion, Music, Film and Television. It also provides much needed entertainment away from all that is happening in the country at the moment. One of the most prominent features of this year’s awards was the increase in the award categories to 26.
